Copper Bonded Steel Earth Rod

Electroplating is used to coat a low carbon high tensile steel bar with 99.9% pure electrolytic copper, ensuring a thickness of at least 250 microns. This process creates a molecular bond between the copper layer and the steel bar, preventing any tearing or slipping when the rod is driven into the ground.
